This piece of labradorite has a beautiful gold sheen running through it, so I could not resist but to wrap it in 14 karat gold fill wire. I've included a "kitchen table" shot that shows off the sheen better.
Labradorite was originally found near Labrador, Canada, and is also found in Norway, India, Madagascar and Russia. It is a type of feldspar and is thought to stimulate the imagination.
Wrapped in 14 karat gold filled wire. 14 karat gold fill wire is durable, containing about 100 times more gold than gold plate. It is considered to be heirloom quality.
